RELEASE OF E- REPORT CARDS
SMACV understands that some of our completers and graduates will need Report Card or Form 138 as requirement for College application and or other schools should they wish to transfer.
Please be informed that Electronic Report Card (E-Report Card) for Grade 6, Grade 10 and Grade 12 will be released on June 6, 2020.
In this regard, parents need to send their valid E-mail address on or before June 02, 2020 to registrar.smacv@saintmarysangels.edu.ph for us to prepare ahead of time. On the other hand, the E-Report Card copy is for informational purposes only.
Lastly, please be reminded to settle all accounts at the Accounting Department on or before June 04, 2020. You may call at 8291-11-36 to 37.
