E-SPORTS TOURNAMENT
VICTORY! Surely, our 26th Founding Anniversary wouldn't be complete without E-Sports Tournament. This activity aims for Marian Angels to socialize through playing online games. This activity could teach Marian Angels the importance of goal-setting and commitment. E-sports Tournament also aims to provide entertainment, an outlet that serves as enjoyment, and relieve stress.
Time: February 4, 2021 -Depends on the players availability (Elimination Round)
February 5, 2021 -12:30 pm- 3:00 pm (Semi-Final Round)
February 6, 2021 -8:00 am- 12:00 nn (Final Round)
Mechanics/Procedure:
Registration
- The contest is open to all Marian Angels from Intermedite (Grade School) to Senior High School.
- Each grade level is required toform a representative team that must consist of the following members:
- Five (5) main players (required)
- One (1) reserved player (optional)
- There will be an online registration to secure player’s information and terms acknowledgement.
- Players of each team must pay a registration fee of 50 pesos through the SMACV Gcash account.
- Each player must have a Level 8 account and 6 or more heroes.
Tournament Rules for Intermediate (Grade 4-6) Category
- The Semi-final and Final round will be the only stage that will be on the live stream of SMACV Youtube Account and will be shared to SMACV Facebook page.
- Qualifying stage for Intermediate Category will be Single Round Robin, top two (2) teams will advance to the Finals.
- Finals will be Best-of-3 games.

D. General Conduct
- Players are expected to conduct themselves and compete with the spirit of sportsmanship, maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor in activities involving other participants and public in general.
- The organizer has the right to apply penalties, disqualify and dismiss any registered player from the tournament, at their discretion, at any stage of the tournament.
- Foul language, offensive and distractive behavior will not be tolerated from any player and will result the following:
- 1st warning: The attention of the team captain will be called.
- 2nd warning: Will lead to the forfeiture of the game.
- 3rd warning: Will lead to disqualification of the team from the tournament.
- Conspiring to cheat is a violation and will lead to an automatic disqualification for all conspirators. Examples of cheating includes, but are not limited to:
- Ghosting
- Account Sharing
- Piloting
